CIVIL ENGINEERING JOBS Responsibilities and Dutie
- Develop project plans as per schedule with the deployed team and other teams to build objectives and calculate time frames for various stages of the project.
- To plan, organize and execute the assigned project as per technical specifications, identifying and segregating the scope of project
- Prepare cost estimates and performance standards for projects
- Closely monitor on-site work activities to ensure effective resource utilization and thereby maximize the output.
- Administer and regulate performance of contractors, enforcing compliance on contract terms, rules and regulations.
- Monitor schedules and budgets and prepare status reports accordingly.
- Deliver completion of work on sites as per design / schedules / contract terms
- Attend meetings to resolve any disputes with client / architect / consultant / contractor and find optimal solutions.
- Highlight any deviation / variation in lines with schedule and cost variances with all supporting documents for approvals
