Roles and Responsibilities
- Candidates to hold 1-2 years of experience of project execution works in interior field and cross functional experience in activities related to construction works.
- Ensuring all materials used and work performed are as per specification,
- Supervise the civil / Electrical / interior work ensuring proper line, level, inspection & testing, workmanship and finish quality meeting the acceptance criteria.
- We need a hardworking Diploma / Graduate Engineer in Civil Engineering with Sound domain knowledge and experience
- Knowledge of the resources and procurement, Schedule material purchases and delivery.
- Checking technical designs and drawings to ensure that they are followed correctly, Communicate and liaise effectively with architects, subcontractors, co-workers and clients.
- Manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and advise on civil engineering issues oversee the work of junior staff. Maintain labor attendance and work done register accurately.
- Responsible for managing and ensuring coordination within support services to deliver on quality standards.
- Should be able to create & maintain Measurement Book, Billing, Project costs by calculating men, material and hiring.
