CIVIL ENGINEERING JOBS Responsibilities and Duties:
- The candidate will be responsible to supervise the day to day management of the site which includes monitoring the site labour force and the work of subcontractors.
- Will be responsible for planning and execution of structural, civil and interior works Design, Estimation, & costing of Civil & steel structural works.
- Construction Site management
- Ensure site construction as per drawings
- Quality management (In process & End product)
- Manpower management
- Quality Verification of Material and work
- Coordination with all Agencies/Contractors/Architects.
- Skilled full in making BOQ/BOM and freezing Specifications.
- Check proper bills & Measurements.
- Controlled delays in work by LD clause.
- Maintaining MOU/MOM of all meetings.
- Can prepare/Draft all sort of Agreements of Vendors/Contractors.
- Controlling Wastage / Damages/Losses/Leakages during ongoing construction.
