Provide planning & scheduling support required in the execution of major multi-storeyed commercial & residential projects

Develop Project WBS (Work Break down Structure) using the latest planning & scheduling tools like Primavera, MS Project.

Develop Level III Construction Schedules for the entire Program.

Provide the technical assistance in Procurement of various materials, equipment & Design

Evaluates the planning & scheduling information collected from various projects & and advise the management & clients on various corrective actions
