- prepare of progress charts, monthly and weekly progress reports
- Coordination with consultants, contractors, sales, purchase and planning department
- Quantity survey
- Checking quality of materials and lab reports
- Project planning and scheduling
- Control and record of all consultantsÂ’ drawings as per ISO Standards
- Coordination with architects and consultants
- Preparing material indent as per requirement
- Budget control
- Revising ways of measuring productivity and reducing costs in materials and labor
- Preparing weekly/monthly progress reports for management review
- Maintaining proper records as per rules and regulations
