JOB DETAILS - ALLIANCE civil engineering recruitment agencies 2021
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Design calculation and drafting knowledge.
- One year min experience to Structural design field. (Flexible to 6 months if other criteria achieved).
- Flexible to accommodate for Night shift to covering work. (3 00 PM to 12:30 PM IST)
- Well experience in Revit /BIM modeling and AutoCAD. (One of the designing software experiences must be required).
- Knowledge on Structural design criteria and code compliance for USA or Indian standard.
Additional Skills: -
- Additional Knowledge of below software would be plus:
- Knowledge of ACAD and REVIT, ;
- Navis work, BIM track or any other interdisciplinary software proficiency.
- Good in communication and able to understand the instructions verbally and documentary.
- Ready to relocate at HYD location and available for quick joining / with short notice.
Responsibilities: -
- preparation of Designs and in Framing model.
- Code compliance: applicable codes, fire protection; identify lighting structural loads.
- Assist in Schematic Designs for structures including lateral and gravity.
- Design Development: assist in detailing the building, including Foundation modeling.
- Construction drawings: detail all conditions; complete annotation including dimensions, notes, keynotes.
- Technical specifications: write concise basis of design specifications for drawings.
- Permitting: Respond to plan review comments related Structure.
- Day to day meeting and communications within the team
- Preparing structural design calculations on Multifamily and Single-Family Buildings. Identify required design calculation process and overall structural distribution system.
- Preparing diagram to determined overall structural system.
