- Architect/ civil engineer/ construction related degree or diploma.
- At least 2 years of experience in a draftsman, 3D visualization role.
- Excellent communication, organization, time-management and leadership skills.
- If you have thorough knowledge of AutoCAD, 3DS Max, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion or any other 3D modelling & rendering softwares.
- If you have managed retail/ commercial projects, site execution, tracking & monitoring of projects, handover to the business team.
- If you have good communication, organization, time-management skills
- If you have understanding of all design & technical drawings and project documentation.
- If you can act as an internal quality control check for the project.
- If you’re open to travel, you can work independently and manage multiple tasks at the same time.
