EXPERIENCE
- with a minimum of 3 years of core experience in Design on heavy equipment’s
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Prepares 3D & 2 D drawings based on layout/input, reference drawings & customer requirements, and review.
- Preparation of flow diagram and Equipment Layout.
- Preparation/Checking of General Assembly Drawings
- Preparation of detailed drawings
- Preparation of complete plant layout
- Prepare and ensure documentation of Drawings, Part lists, etc
- Prepare engineering calculations and selections.
- Giving high importance to Quality systems in your day-to-day job duties.
- Ensure the highest level of compliance with Policies, Procedures, and Work Instructions.
- Effective coordination with the team and with clients..
- The candidate should be a good team player and challenge taker
- Should have high proficiency on product development tasks.
SKILLS
- Highly expertise in Solidworks, Inventor & AutoCAD.
- Proficiency on Solidworks, Inventor, and AutoCAD is mandatory
- Ample expertise in working on equipment/machinery design/drawings using Solidworks/ Inventors & AutoCAD
- High expertise in the preparation of basic engineering layout / Inputs
- The good understanding capability of drawings & visual imagination of product based on drawing.
- Experience in Minerals & Mining plant products & Layout.
- Experience in Material handling
- Experience in Steel plant equipment design
- Experience in Steel plant layout
- Experience in cement plant products/equipment
- Experience in cement plant layout
- Awareness of vendor/bought out components
