- Maintain the Dashboard of Projects
- Co-ordinate with internal stakeholder for execution as per the project delivery timelines
- Maintain the MIS of Projects SPOC for documentation of End to End on going project and ensure proper transition after completion of project
- Prepare the status reports of on going project and modifies schedules or plans as required.
- Prepares project reports for management, client, or others
- Monitor and Maintain the project tracker
- Coordinating and Execution of the Projects as per plan
- Analyse and report Project cost v/s Budget Cost
